Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Limitless Koffee loyalty program (the "Program"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Program.

2. Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals who provide a valid phone number. You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Loyalty Rewards

• Welcome offer: A 50% discount on your first bill is granted upon successful account creation and is valid for a single visit.
• 11th drink free: Every 11th qualifying drink purchased is complimentary. Qualifying drinks are determined at the discretion of Limitless Koffee staff.
• Limitless Pass: After purchasing 30 drinks, you become eligible to unlock the Limitless Pass at 50% of the standard price. The Pass grants unlimited drinks for 24 hours from activation, plus one complimentary food item. The Pass is non-transferable and valid only for the account holder.
• Student perk: A 10% discount applies upon presenting a valid student ID at the time of purchase.

4. Reward Conditions

• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Rewards are non-transferable and linked to your account.
• Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Limitless Koffee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any reward at any time with reasonable notice.
• Misuse or abuse of the Program may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. OTP codes are single-use and should not be shared. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

6. Program Changes

Limitless Koffee reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Program is provided "as is". Limitless Koffee is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Program or inability to redeem rewards due to technical issues or changes to the Program.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Limitless Koffee operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
