• To create and manage your loyalty account

• To track your drink count, rewards, and Limitless Pass eligibility

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as our authentication and database providers) solely for that purpose and under strict confidentiality obligations.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you would like your account and data deleted, please contact us and we will process the request within 30 days.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication. OTP codes expire after a short window and cannot be reused.
